Hey Friends,
I'm hoping that this blog will help keep me in contact with those of you back home while I embark into the field for dissertation research. This go around I'll be traveling through Sierra Leone, Cote d'Ivoire, and Guinea. Check back in occasionally for updates. Feel free to leave comments or email me. I can't make any promises about how frequently I'll update, as I'm not sure what kind of internet access I will have. But I expect to have a collection of thoughts about my travels, my unfolding research, and my experiences navigating a new place.
